    I lost a TON of weight by cutting my carbs! I’ve been doing low carb/paleo
    for over two years. I recommend it to all of my friends needing to
    lose weight. I also recommend the 21 day sugar detox to get started.

      Hi Amy! Switching to paleo definitely helps people cut carbs as we are no longer eating grains, sugars, and processed foods. I agree that the 21 DSD can be a great starting point for some people. It is important that everyone finds their way in this journey and they are comfortable and happy doing it.
