- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, stems and leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, stems and leaves
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve as a condiment with any beef, chicken, or seafood, or on top of eggs!
