Tart Cherry Smoothie
- 1/2 cup frozen tart cherries
- 3 pre-frozen coconut milk ice cubes (from a can of full-fat coconut milk)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2-3/4 cup coconut water, OJ, or water
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
