Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen tart cherries
  • 3 pre-frozen coconut milk ice cubes (from a can of full-fat coconut milk)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2-3/4 cup coconut water, OJ, or water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
