Notice anything new?

Like a girl with a drastic haircut, I’ve been dying to show off the new digs around here and get your feedback.

Let’s talk about all the exciting changes.

I have a new logo!

As much as I grew to love my old logo {which I created in PowerPoint on the fly as it was intended to be a temporary placeholder 3 whole years ago …ha!} it was time for a change. My business is evolving and the branding needs to match! There’s a lot of thought that went into this new logo. As time goes on, you’ll pick up on more of its meaning.

A newsletter!

Did you notice the newsletter box? If you’re currently an email follower of my blog, I’ve already got you signed up.

I’m going to start sending out weekly newsletters with one exciting topic of discussion that’s exclusive to newsletter followers plus an overview of the week’s recipes and blog posts. There will be no more email notifications of new blog posts so check back often and look for the newsletter!

An Amazon Store!

Oh boy oh boy was I excited about this feature. I have officially become an Amazon Affiliate! This means that I am now sponsored to showcase a shop full of all the kitchen gadgets, appliances, groceries, fitness tools, books, and beauty products that I have personally vetted, recommend, and continue to buy. Shop away, use it as a Paleo wedding registry starter kit, share with husbands/wives, and feel free to ask me questions.

New printer-friendly recipe card!

By POPULAR demand, I now have a concise and printer-friendly recipe card at the bottom of each post! While we work out some final details with ZipList, you’ll soon see that you can even load multiple recipes into their program at a time for instant shopping lists.

If you’re a fan of my step-by-step recipe instructions, worry not. Those are not going away. I’ve learned that one of my biggest passions in this work is teaching how to work through recipes. While I work on more live and recorded video demos, I hope you enjoy the photo instructions.

Note that not all recipes have been converted but I will eventually work through them all.

Gorgeous new photo-friendly recipe index!

While not a major change, this may be one of my favorite features of the new website. I just love to scroll and look at photos for food ideas. It’s a fun feature to play around with!

So there you have it! After months and months of preparation, we’ve managed to launch an amazingly successful 1st Annual National Gluten-Free Day AND launch a brand new Fed & Fit! My goodness this has been a busy 2014.

Speaking of National Gluten-Free Day {NGFD} and the Gala …both were a smash hit.

In case you missed them, I had a couple TV appearances to promote the day. Here’s one:

NGFD wouldn’t have come together without my friends at Elite CrossFit, Zedric’s, Whole Foods, lululemon athletica, the Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund, and many, many more. Keep your eyes peeled for 2015. We learned a lot and are ready to take on NGFD and the San Antonio Gala in an even bigger, more meaningful way.

What can you expect from me in 2014?

Now that the NGFD and new website launch dust has settled, I’m getting back in the kitchen armed with my camera and a loaded arsenal of brand new killer recipes. You can also look forward to some pretty major giveaways, my cooking demo video debut, and a few other big announcements {that I’ll share in good time}.

A special thanks to my friend Lindsay over at Purr Design for her vision, patience, and support during this monstrous transition.

And then an extra special thanks to each of you for your support, love, comments, likes, shares, and positive thoughts. I couldn’t, and wouldn’t, do this without you.

Cheers to the future and happy health.

Dedicated to my friend and mentor, Tom Sheahan {1939 – 2014}. Without his encouragement, Fed & Fit wouldn’t exist.
