Happy New Year! Last night I raised my glass with friends to toast the accomplishments of 2012, the exciting and unwritten 2013, and our countless blessings of joy, love, and friendship.

Now, let’s start the year off right and talk fitness.

Take advantage of the New Year to redefine YOU.

Who were you in 2012? Who do you want to be in 2013?

Take your list for who you want to be in 2013 and change it to who you WILL be in 2013. The power of affirmative positive thinking is tremendously affective. Use it to your full advantage.

I start this year with a 24-Day Paleo Challenge in conjunction with parts of the Advocare 24-Day Challenge. I will document each step of this journey on my Paleo Challenge page complete with meal plans, benchmark workouts, body fat, body weight, and photographs.
