These Instant Pot mashed potatoes produce fluffy, creamy, rich results every time!



  1. Place the potatoes and salt in the Instant Pot and cover with 1 inch of water. Press the ‘manual’ button and set to cook for 9 minutes.
  2. Once the timer goes off, immediately release the pressure and drain the water from the potatoes.
  3. Add the potatoes back to the pot and mash with a potato masher, then stir in the butter, cream, and pepper. Taste the potatoes and add more salt, if needed.
