I'm excited to welcome in one of my favorite seasons with a light Spring fitness look! There is just something about the spring, when everything is green, the flowers are blooming, and the weather is perfect here in South Texas that just makes me want to lace up some tennies and MOVE. Now we don't get to take advantage of this weather for long (it gets up to about 100 degrees pretty quickly here), but I love love love sporting some longer leggings, and a lightweight workout top for as long as I possibly can! Where are my Texas peeps at, don't you agree?!
All the pieces in this outfit are tried-and-true, and perfect for a light spring fitness look. For example, I now own several pairs of Zella brand leggings and absolutely love them. This lululemon “swiftly tech long sleeve” top is light-weight, breathable, and stays in place during my workouts. Though I own several of them in a size 4 (my normal size), I recently started purchasing them one size larger (in a 6) because I've started to enjoy a roomier fit. This top comes in 11 different colors and have been a staple in my workout wardrobe for years! You can find more of them HERE. Lastly, these Nike Free Flyknit shoes are my absolute FAVORITES. I bought a pair last fall and couldn't stop wearing them. They're comfortable, stylish, and just structured enough. I'm in love with this new lighter look for Spring!
