I'm excited to welcome in one of my favorite seasons with a light Spring fitness look!  There is just something about the spring, when everything is green, the flowers are blooming, and the weather is perfect here in South Texas that just makes me want to lace up some tennies and MOVE.  Now we don't get to take advantage of this weather for long (it gets up to about 100 degrees pretty quickly here), but I love love love sporting some longer leggings, and a lightweight workout top for as long as I possibly can!  Where are my Texas peeps at, don't you agree?!

Spring Athletic Wear Fed and Fit

All the pieces in this outfit are tried-and-true, and perfect for a light spring fitness look.  For example, I now own several pairs of Zella brand leggings and absolutely love them. They're high quality and well-priced! Currently sold exclusively through Nordstrom, you can see more Zella leggings HERE. This lululemon “swiftly tech long sleeve” top is light-weight, breathable, and stays in place during my workouts. Though I own several of them in a size 4 (my normal size), I recently started purchasing them one size larger (in a 6) because I've started to enjoy a roomier fit. This top comes in 11 different colors and have been a staple in my workout wardrobe for years! You can find more of them HERE. Lastly, these Nike Free Flyknit shoes are my absolute FAVORITES. I bought a pair last fall and couldn't stop wearing them. They're comfortable, stylish, and just structured enough. I'm in love with this new lighter look for Spring!     Hey Cassy!
    This question has nothing to do with this blog post, although you do look stunning!
    I am trying to incorporate bone broth into my everyday life due to its gut healing qualities, and I have tried many recipes, they all are good, and give me a very gelatinous broth, and I add a little salt, but I am still having trouble getting over the flavor. I pretty much just try to drink it fast and try not to gag too much! yikes. Do you have any tips on something to add it to to make it taste better, or hide the taste, any tip would be much appreciated. Thank you!

      Good question, Alyssa! I suggest trying different spices to start (think soup). Turmeric, Italian seasoning, even ginger can all help. You could also add a good amount of lemon!

  3. Working out is one of my hobbies. It makes me fit and healthy and thank you for showing your fashion statement. I love all of it, the leggings, the top, and especially the shoes. Working out also requires comfort from what you wear so that you will be able to perform all the exercises you’ll perform. I can’t stop staring at those shoes because it looks so comfortable. I’ll surely buy a pair of those and also the leggings. Is there a different color for those leggings because I’d love if there is a black color.
