Meal Prep Burger Bites 3 Ways

The best way to please a crowd is with delicious options!  These 3 tasty mini burger bites are the perfect protein option for your next gathering, or a wonderful meal prep option!


Brie burger bites: (these are not paleo/dairy free/Whole 30 friendly)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place all ingredients for the meatball of your choice in a large bowl and work the mixture with your hands until fully combined.
  3. Roll the meatballs into 1 inch balls and place on the parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 18 minutes, until browned on top, then serve!
