Christmas Leftover Ham Salad

leftover Christmas ham salad:
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped green pear approx. 1/2 a pear
spicy balsamic dressing:
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon spicy mustard I used horseradish brown for this one
- cracked black pepper to taste
Trim your ham pieces of all extra fat and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Place the ham in a medium sized skillet over medium/high heat. Sear all sides of the ham until they turn slightly brown.
Chop the pear into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the pear, spinach, and ham together in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar, mustard, and pepper together.
Pour over salad, toss, and enjoy!
