- 3 oz spicy salami
- 4 cups mixed baby greens
- 1/8 cup sliced red onion
- 1 tablespoon spicy hummus
- juice of 1 large lemon
Cut the salami into bite-sized pieces and heat until crispy on a medium sized skillet.
Whisk the hummus and lemon juice together.Pour the dressing over the mixed greens, onion, and salami.Enjoy!
