Soothing Oatmeal and Avocado Face Mask
This simple oatmeal and avocado face mask with soothe even the most stressed-out skin and leave your skin feeling super soft and moisturized!

Ingredients
1/2
small avocado

tablespoon
extra-virgin olive oil
2
tablespoons
rolled oats
1
teaspoon
CBD oil
Instructions
Mash the avocado, then combine with the olive oil, oats, and CBD oil. For a smoother application, you can grind up the oats beforehand, if desired.
Wash your face, making sure to remove any makeup, then spread the mask onto your face in an even layer, then let sit for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, remove the mask gently with water and a
muslin cloth
, then follow up with your usual skincare routine.
