How to Make Garlic Herb Butter

This do-it-all garlic herb compound butter is incredibly easy to whip up, can be enjoyed in so many different ways, and is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 16 tablespoons butter 2 sticks, softened
  • 3 garlic cloves finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped herbs parsley, dill, thyme, chives, rosemary, and oregano are all great

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. 
  • Place the compound butter mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and roll it into a log. Then, twist the ends of the parchment paper to seal.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

For a touch of brightness, feel free to add a teaspoon of lemon zest.
