This Greek salad dressing is packed with flavor thanks to plenty of herbs and two types of acid!

Ingredients

lemon juice
about 1 1/2 lemons

red wine vinegar

extra-virgin olive oil

dried basil

dried oregano

garlic
finely minced (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)

fine sea salt

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine, or in a mason jar and shake to combine.
Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
