Italian Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl or mason jar with lid and whisk or shake the jar to combine.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Notes

Makes about 1/2 cup of dressing
