Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.
Slowly whisk in 3/4 cup of water until the sauce is smooth and has reached your desired consistency.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- If you can't find ancho chili powder, you can substitute regular chili powder. You may need to add an additional teaspoon to get more flavor.
