- 2 bananas sliced-then-frozen
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop protein powder optional
Add all ingredients to the blender.
Blend on high until smooth.
Pour blended smoothie into a bowl and add toppings (if desired).
