- 1 10 ounce butternut squash cubed, frozen
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt fine
- cracked pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425℉.
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
