Ingredients

  • 1 10 ounce butternut squash cubed, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt fine
  • cracked pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425℉.
  • Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
  • Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
