- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- ¾ cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 liter sparkling water
- Limes sliced, for garnish
Add the coconut milk, lime juice, and maple syrup to a jar and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into glasses and top with sparkling water.
Garnish, serve, and enjoy!
- Use a different citrus - swap the lime juice for grapefruit or orange juice!
- Use honey - use an equal amount of honey in place of the maple syrup.
- Use flavored sparkling water - jazz your mocktail up with flavored sparkling water – feel free to play!
