Ingredients
½cupDijon mustard
2tablespoonshoney
2tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
1½poundschicken breasts or thighs
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a large bag or bowl (big enough to fit your chicken in).
Stir (or shake, if you’re using a bag) the marinade until it’s well mixed.
Submerge the chicken in the marinade and let it sit for at least an hour, or up to overnight.

Both chicken thighs and chicken breasts would be really delicious in this marinade, so pick one to try now and try the other next time!
