- 3-5 pounds boneless pork shoulder (5-7 pounds bone-in)
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 16 ounces BBQ sauce homemade or store-bought
Cut the pork into 6 even pieces, then season with salt and pepper.
Place in the slow cooker. Pour in the BBQ sauce and toss to coat.
Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
