Ingredients

  • 3-5 pounds boneless pork shoulder (5-7 pounds bone-in)
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 16 ounces BBQ sauce homemade or store-bought

Instructions

  • Cut the pork into 6 even pieces, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Place in the slow cooker. Pour in the BBQ sauce and toss to coat.
  • Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
  • Shred with tongs, serve, and enjoy!
