In either a double boiler or (the easy way) a microwavable dish, melt your chocolate.
Peel each orange section out picking off extra rind and strings.
Line a baking sheet with either parchment or wax paper.
Dip half of each orange section into the melted dark chocolate and place on the baking sheet.
Let sit in freezer for at least 2 hours, or until frozen.
Keep in freezer in a Ziploc/airtight bag.
Time: 15 minutes prep; 2 hours in freezer
