BBQ Bacon Burger Bites:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Finely diced red onion for garnish
Preheat the oven to 400 F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place all ingredients for the meatball of your choice in a large bowl and work the mixture with your hands until fully combined.
Roll the meatballs into 1 inch balls and place on the parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 18 minutes, until browned on top, then serve!
