How to Make Perfect Quinoa (Every Time!)

- 1 cup white red, or tri-color quinoa
- 1 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable broth or water
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Soak the quinoa for 2 minutes, then rinse it thoroughly and add to a pot with the broth, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon oil.
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, then fluff with a fork and serve!
