The Best Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

This balsamic vinaigrette is equal parts tangy and sweet, and perfect for any salad!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey optional
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl or mason jar with a lid and either whisk or shake the jar to combine.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to two weeks.

Notes

Makes about 1/2 cup of dressing
