Dry Brine Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye or New York strip steaks ½-1 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon coarse or flaky salt per pound of steak

Instructions

  • Place the steaks on a plate, pat them dry, and salt them on both sides.
  • Let the salted steaks rest and come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Cook as desired!
