Bacon Wrapped Goat Cheese Stuffed Figs
This fig recipe is my go-to appetizer. I’ve experimented with a few variations and am confident that I’ve concocted the most fabulous recipe sure to knock your guests’ socks off.

- 12 fresh black figs
- 12 slices pre-cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup fresh soft goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Toothpicks for anchoring.
Preheat your oven to 375.
Line a metal baking sheet with aluminum foil (makes for zero cleanup!)
Wash your figs and pat dry.
Cut the tops of your figs off.
Cut an X into the top of the fig – going about halfway down the length of the fig.
Spoon approximately 1 tsp goat cheese into each fig.
Wrap one piece of bacon around each fig. Secure with a toothpick.
Drizzle each fig with approximately ½ tsp honey and ½ tsp balsamic vinegar.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
Plate and enjoy!
