Tequila Lime Dressing

I often use lime juice for dressing, but wanted to amp the tasty meter up a few notches. I asked myself, what makes lime juice tastier? Tequila of course!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Tequila I used Silver Patron
  • 1 cup Fresh Lime Juice approx. 10 small limes
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar with a cap.
  • Shake vigorously to evenly combine.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
