Tequila Lime Dressing
I often use lime juice for dressing, but wanted to amp the tasty meter up a few notches. I asked myself, what makes lime juice tastier? Tequila of course!

- 2 tablespoons Tequila I used Silver Patron
- 1 cup Fresh Lime Juice approx. 10 small limes
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a cap.
Shake vigorously to evenly combine.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
