Ingredients

  • 2 bananas sliced-then-frozen
  • ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Toppings fresh fruit, coconut flakes, chia, nuts, granola, etc

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into the blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour your blended smoothie into a bowl and add your toppings (if desired).
  • Serve and enjoy!
