- 2 bananas sliced-then-frozen
- ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Toppings fresh fruit, coconut flakes, chia, nuts, granola, etc
Add all ingredients into the blender.
Blend on high until smooth.
Pour your blended smoothie into a bowl and add your toppings (if desired).
Serve and enjoy!
