- 2 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon coarse or flaky sea salt
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 450°F.
Rub the pork chops with extra-virgin olive oil, then season on both sides with salt.
Place the pork on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the pork chop reads 145°F.
Remove the pork chops from the grill, then rest for 10 minutes before serving.
