- Juice of four lemons
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- 2, 8 ounce bottles ginger beer
- 1 bottle prosecco
- Lemon rind for garnish
Juice the lemons into a large pitcher.
Add sliced lemon, ginger beer, and prosecco, then stir.
Garnish individual glasses with lemon rind.
