Margarita with Grand Marnier

Swapping Grand Marnier for the traditional triple sec, this margarita puts a spicier spin on the classic margarita with a more complex depth of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 1/3 cup Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients in a mason jar or shaker and stir or shake to combine.
  • Chill the mixture in the fridge (if you’re making ahead of time) for 2 hours
  • Garnish your glass with a slice of lime and a salted rim, serve over ice, and enjoy!

Notes

To scale up to make a pitcher:
  • 2 cups tequila
  • 1 ⅓ cups Grand Marnier
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons agave
