- 1 cup zero proof spirit
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh strawberry jam
- 1 jalapeno sliced into rounds with seeds intact
- 1 liter sparkling water
Add the zero proof spirit, lemon juice, strawberry jam, and sliced jalapeno into a jar or pitcher and stir to combine.
Pour the strawberry jalapeno mixture into glasses. If you’re looking for a spicier take, include some of the jalapeno rounds in your pour. If you want a milder version, use a spoon or strainer to keep the jalapeno out.
Top each glass with sparkling water.
Garnish and enjoy!
- Use a different jam - switch the flavors up by using a different jam! Blackberry and peach would be really, really delicious here.
- Make ahead - feel free to make this mocktail ahead of time! To do this, simply combine the zero-proof spirit, lemon juice, strawberry jam, and jalapeno in a jar, and store it in the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy. Know that the longer the jalapeno sits with the other ingredients, the spicier the end product will be!
