Creamy Avocado Dressing Recipe

This fresh, creamy dressing is delicious on salads, coleslaws, tacos, and more!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or avocado oil mayo
  • 1 small avocado or 1/2 large
  • 1/2 fresh jalapeno seeds removed for less spicy option
  • 3 limes juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the dressing ingredients in a blender or mason jar (where you can use an immersion blender). Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth. Add more lime juice (or water) if needed to get the consistency you want.

Notes

Makes about 1 1/2 cups of dressing
