- 1 pound ground chicken
- ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until just incorporated. Separate the mixture into 4 even balls. Press gently to form a burger shape.
