Ingredients

  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup whole milk *See Note 1
  • ½ cup maple syrup *See Note 2
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce, plus extra to drizzle on top, if desired
  • ¼ teaspon salt

Instructions

  • Add the heavy cream, whole milk, maple syrup, caramel sauce, and salt to a mason jar (or other lidded jar), add the lid, and shake vigorously to combine. *See Note 3
  • Pour your coffee into a mug, about halfway full.
  • Fill the mug the rest of the way up with the peppermint mocha creamer. *See Note 4
  • Add homemade whipped cream and an extra drizzle of caramel sauce, if you desire. Enjoy!

Notes

Note 1: skim, 2%, or any other milk will work just fine here
Note 2: reduce the amount of maple syrup or eliminate altogether depending on your desired sweetness

Note 3: if your caramel sauce doesn’t mix well right away, you can either pop it into a blender for a couple of seconds, OR just wait it out! In about 30 minutes, if you give it another shake, it should mix more evenly.

Note 4: make this recipe your own by adding more or less coffee/creamer. You can’t mess it up!
