1. Sponsor
The sponsor and administrator of the promotion is Fed and Fit, LLC, 27240 Mark Wayne, San Antonio, TX 78261 (“Sponsor”), operating as Fed & Fit. Participating prize providers supply the prizes identified in the Daily Prize Schedule. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prize providers do not administer winner selection or the promotion.
2. Promotion Structure and Daily Entry Periods
The Protein Meal Prep Plan (“TPMPP”) Daily Book Launch Giveaway Party consists of fourteen (14) separate daily giveaways scheduled from Tuesday, August 18, 2026 through Monday, August 31, 2026. Each daily giveaway is a separate random drawing with its own prize, entry period, and winner or winners.
Each entry period begins when Sponsor posts the designated entry Story frame to the @fedandfit Instagram account and ends at the exact date and time stated both on that Story frame and in the Daily Prize Schedule. All times are in Central Time Zone. Sponsor will keep the designated entry Story available for the full stated entry period. Sponsor’s systems and records are the official timekeeping method.
If an inconsistency exists between an Instagram Story and the Daily Prize Schedule, the Daily Prize Schedule controls, except that Sponsor will not retroactively alter material terms after a daily entry period begins.
3. Eligibility
Each daily giveaway is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence when they enter.
Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, the applicable prize provider, or their respective parents, affiliates, and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Entrants must have an Instagram account capable of sending and receiving direct messages from @fedandfit. An entrant does not need a public Instagram profile and is not required to follow any account.
4. How to Enter
During the applicable daily entry period, reply to the Instagram Story frame labeled ENTER HERE on the @fedandfit account with the word ENTER or the alternate entry word displayed on that frame. The reply must be received before the closing time shown in the Daily Prize Schedule.
Limit one (1) entry per person per daily giveaway, regardless of the number of Instagram accounts used. Entries from multiple accounts controlled by the same person, duplicate entries, incomplete entries, and entries generated by bots, scripts, or automated methods may be disqualified. No purchase, payment, follow, share, repost, or tag is required.
5. Prizes and Daily Prize Schedule
The prize, prize provider, approximate retail value (“ARV”), number of winners, and exact entry period for each daily giveaway are listed in the Daily Prize Schedule below, which is incorporated into these Official Rules. Sponsor will complete each future row before the applicable daily giveaway opens. Adding facts for a future giveaway does not change the terms of any giveaway that has already opened.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless Sponsor decides otherwise. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The difference between a stated ARV and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded.
6. Random Drawing, Odds, and Winner Notification
After each daily entry period closes, Sponsor will select the stated number of potential winners at random from all eligible entries received for that daily giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that daily giveaway.
Potential winners will be contacted by direct message only from @fedandfit, generally within forty-eight (48) hours after the applicable entry period closes. Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, credit card information, an account password, or a verification fee. Any account claiming otherwise is an impersonator and should be reported.
A potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours after notification, demonstrate eligibility, and provide any reasonably requested documents or information. If a potential winner does not respond on time, is ineligible, cannot accept the prize, or does not complete the required verification, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Winner Verification and Taxes
A potential winner is not an official winner until Sponsor verifies eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Sponsor may require an eligibility declaration, liability or publicity release, tax form, or other documentation required by law before awarding a prize. Winners are responsible for taxes arising from receipt of a prize. Sponsor or the applicable prize provider will report prize value to tax authorities when required by law.
8. Prize Fulfillment
Winners must provide a valid shipping address in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. The applicable prize provider may ship the prize directly. Allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery unless otherwise stated.
Sponsor will coordinate with the applicable prize provider to fulfill each prize. If a prize provider fails to fulfill a prize within a reasonable time, Sponsor will arrange fulfillment or award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor and prize providers are not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect address supplied by the winner or for loss or damage after confirmed delivery, except where prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Information provided by entrants and winners will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with potential winners, and fulfill prizes. A winner’s name and shipping address may be shared with the applicable prize provider solely for prize fulfillment and required tax administration. Information is otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at fedandfit.com/privacy-policy/. Entry information will not be used for marketing without separate consent.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize grants Sponsor permission to identify the winner by Instagram handle in winner-announcement content without additional compensation. Sponsor will not publish a winner’s street address, telephone number, email address, tax information, or other sensitive personal information.
11. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on matters relating to the promotion. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, acts disruptively, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to obtain an unfair advantage.
If fraud, technical failure, platform outage, unauthorized intervention, or another cause outside Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or operation of a daily giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, cancel, or modify that giveaway and, when feasible, select winners from eligible entries received before the impairment. Sponsor is not responsible for entries or messages that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or not received because of technical or platform problems outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, each participating prize provider, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims or liability arising from participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except for liability that cannot lawfully be waived.
13. Instagram and Meta Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from liability associated with the promotion. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.
14. Winner List and Questions
For a list of winners, submit a request through the contact form at fedandfit.com/contact/ within sixty (60) days after August 31, 2026. Questions about the promotion may be sent through the same contact form.
15. Rule Version
These Official Rules were first posted on August 19, 2026, after the stated August 18 campaign start. Sponsor will maintain an internal copy of the rules and each daily announcement as they appeared when the applicable entry period opened. Updates adding future daily prize details do not modify material terms applicable to a daily giveaway that has already begun.
