    LOVED this episode, as I always do! You had me motivated to wake up early this morning and complete so many of those easily avoidable tasks. I’ve gotten so much accomplished already and it’s barely 9:00 am! Thank you, Cassy!!

    This podcast was so timely for me. I listened last night, made the notes, started today with a plan and I’m ahead of schedule and feeling fantastic! Keeping commitments to myself is my highest form of self care. Thank you so much for all you do and share. Since I am old enough to be your mother, the intro was totally relevant!
