Costco Meal Plan
- Monday: Pesto Chicken Pasta Bake
- Tuesday: Shredded Chicken Tacos
- Wednesday: Philly Cheesesteak Skillet + Rice
- Thursday: Buffalo Chicken Casserole
- Friday: Beef Picadillo
Cook Once Tip
Cook, shred, and store enough chicken for the shredded chicken tacos and the buffalo chicken casserole (2.5 pounds total) on Sunday so that both Tuesday and Thursday dinner assembly is a breeze!
