The creators we feature are of various backgrounds. Whether they’re an online content creator, coach, or owner of a product-based brand, they each have their own niche in the wellness world and contribute to the space, as a whole, in an incredibly meaningful way. This week, we’re interviewing Ashlea Carver Adams of All the Healthy Things. Ashlea creates insanely delicious, real food recipes that’ll help you along your journey to health and balance! Follow along as we learn more about Ashlea:

Why did you start your business?

Ashlea: Before discovering the power of real food, I spent the majority of my life yo-yo dieting, restricting, and caring more about calories than quality. It was not until I discovered the Paleo diet, during law school, that my mindset shifted. During that time, I began to understand the importance of filling my plate with high quality protein, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. It did not take long before I noticed my skin clearing, more energy, better quality sleep, no more digestive issues, and that I just felt better all around. 

I became really passionate about sharing my love of real food and started All the Healthy Things in 2016. At first, the site was just a creative outlet that I could turn to when I came home from my 9-5 job as a lawyer in regulatory affairs. All the Healthy Things quickly became a way for me to share my love for simple, healthy, real food recipes with my family and friends. In February of 2018 I left my full-time job to pursue running ATHT full-time and it’s been the best decision ever!

What’s your mission/purpose statement?

Ashlea: Providing simple, real food recipes to help women live a happy balanced life that they enjoy! 

What 2 (or 3!) pieces of content are you the proudest of?

Ashlea: All of these recipes are both personal and reader favorites! They each took quite a bit of testing but the results were SO worth it.

Where are you going next? What’s your goal for the next year?

Ashlea: My goal for the next year is to focus on creating even more resources to help my audience live their healthiest happiest life. From more delicious recipe content to video and so much more, the best is yet to come for All the Healthy Things!
