    1. Hi Amy! Switching to paleo definitely helps people cut carbs as we are no longer eating grains, sugars, and processed foods. I agree that the 21 DSD can be a great starting point for some people. It is important that everyone finds their way in this journey and they are comfortable and happy doing it. Thanks for listening!
