Loving the new podcast, ladies! ๐ Thanks for all of the tips. Stress/mental stimulation is definitely the most difficult factor for me to control in terms of getting enough sleep – something I’m constantly working on! As you mentioned, getting enough sunlight and wearing the amber goggles have been super helpful. I also like to use a magnesium spray (on my feet and forearms) before bedtime, which I touch on in this blog post:
