This is the BEST recipe round-up I’ve seen yet! Perfect for all the fall and winter holidays! Thank you. I was looking for a good roasted root veggie recipe. Very tempted by the chocolate cream pie, as well!

  2. Thank You so much for taking the tie to round up these wonderful recipes! This really helped me as I was planning my family Thanksgiving! I am definately making that chocolate cream pie. I hope you have a wonderful holiday with your family.

How do you live a gluten free life and NOT break the bank??? My 10 year old niece was recently diagnosed with celiac and my sister is struggling to keep a budget AND cook things that my niece will eat… she was diagnosed over 8 weeks ago and has NOT gained an ounce of weight and is considered malnourished and WAY underweight… Please help! (sadly, my brother in law is very little help with eating HEALTHY gluten free foods and he has tested positive for celiac as well)
These items need to be QUICK & EASY to prepare as well as “kid” friendly and yummy… and again, the brother in law is not a fan of left overs… so trying to figure out easy daily prepared meals… or my sister won’t cook it because he creates a stink over leftovers… He is recently recovering from chemo but he was always hard to please food wise…
