These cumin lime carrots are the easiest side dish that will please everyone! They’re healthy, delicious, and take no time to whip up.

The cumin and lime flavors give carrots, one of my least favorite vegetables, a great flavor. I like to pair them with dishes like paleo street tacos & chili-seasoned skirt steak. Pair them with a Fed & Fit Skinny Margarita and call it a night.

Enjoy!

I’m confused. If each serving is approximately 1/2 a cup how does that make 9 servings when you only use 2 cups of carrots?

Hi Jan. You are right, it should make 4 servings if each serving is a half of cup and you start with two cups. Thanks for the catch!!
