This do-it-all garlic herb compound butter is incredibly easy to whip up, can be enjoyed in so many different ways, and is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

16 tablespoons butter (2 sticks), softened
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped herbs (parsley, dill, thyme, chives, rosemary, and oregano are all great)

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
Place the compound butter mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and roll it into a log. Then, twist the ends of the parchment paper to seal.
Refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

For a touch of brightness, feel free to add a teaspoon of lemon zest.
