Best Greek Salad Dressing

This Greek salad dressing is packed with flavor thanks to plenty of herbs and two types of acid!


  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 1/2 lemons)
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine, or in a mason jar and shake to combine. 
  2. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
