This week’s (free to you!) meal plan with a downloadable shopping list theme is NO-OVEN. While temperatures may not be soaring just yet, depending on where you are, I know that soon many of us will be reaching for meals that don’t require that we turn on our oven.

On your meal prep day, get a head start on your green smoothie bowls by measuring the ingredients into 5 (or however many you need to make) bags so they’re ready to just toss in the blender day-of. Also on your meal prep day, go ahead and start marinating Thursday’s honey mustard chicken. If you plan on making the dessert for the week, make that on your meal prep day too.
