Easy and delicious. My kids won’t eat cauliflower, so I roasted potatoes in the same pan the chicken and cauliflower. Chopped up the potatoes small enough to keep everything in for the same length of time. I love sheet pan dinners!

I made a few tweaks to this recipe and it was DELISH! I turned the sauce into a marinade and let them soak for a few hours. Instead of chicken thighs, I used breasts. Using a skillet, I let them simmer in the marinade low and slow – around a 4-6 setting for 30ish minutes. I had thicker cuts so they took longer but pan seared nicely and ended up really juicy! We skipped the cauliflower but love the sheet pan idea with other recipes. It was also nice that we had all the marinade ingredients easily on hand but it gave a new flavor โกฬ

Easy recipe that was pretty tasty! I found the vinegar marinade a little sour but I also used a more concentrated balsamic vinegar variety. Next time Iโd try this with a less concentrated vinegar. It might even be good with a white balsamic! Overall, my husband and I both liked it, and our toddler liked the meat but not the veggies in the marinade!
