On your meal prep day, prep the breakfast meatballs, all of the components for the burrito bowl lunches, and the strawberry jam & cream pops. Also on your prep day, go ahead and make the rice for Monday night’s dinner and the dry rubs for the salmon tacos and the chicken wings.
