If you’re in the throes of back-to-school, this list is for you! The breakfast, lunch, and snack recipes are perfect for making ahead so that they’re ready to go come Monday morning, and the dinner recipes are minimal-fuss family favorites that will leave your family nourished.

If your family is into savory breakfasts, make a big batch of cheddar and bacon egg muffin cups to start the week, and if they love a sweet breakfast treat, prep the baked oatmeal cups. Then, pick an easy-to-prep lunch (smoked paprika chicken salad is my current go-to) and 4-5 easy dinners (be sure to make the no-boil alfredo bake – it’s so good!), and your meal planning is done for the week.
