Follow these instructions for perfect roasted vegetables every time!



  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  2. Place the vegetables on a sheet pan and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the vegetables are browned. Eat immediately or store in the refrigerator for later use.
  3. To reheat: either microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or reheat in a 400 F oven for 7-10 minutes, until re-crisped.
